Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all fees are due at the time of service. Most of the services we provide are billed on a 45 minute or hourly basis. Please feel free to inquire about charges in advance.
We do accept payment from a variety of medical insurance companies. Our efforts to work with your insurance company do not alter your responsibility for fees. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Appointment changes? Please notify us at least two business days in advance if you must cancel or change your appointment time. (For example, this means that you will need to contact us on Thursday to cancel or change your Monday appointment.) Otherwise you will be charged a $100 fee for missed appointments or late cancellations. Your appointment time is important and failure to show prevents other people from being seen. We do provide reminders for appointments, but please hold onto your appointment card to keep track of this information.
